Bill McGowan was born and grew up in New Zealand and currently resides in Sydney with his family. Bill has been self-employed in various businesses since the early 70s and is now retired. He started and sold many businesses over the past 50 years. In early 1983, he established the franchised business known as Fastway Couriers.

Fastway became a household name in Australia and New Zealand in the transport and franchising sectors. The business was also developed internationally. When he started Fastway, he was shocked at how many potential franchises had no idea about running their own business, so he developed many franchises, training programmes and manuals to assist them in understanding how to operate their own business.

When he retired, he decided to put the knowledge he had learnt over the years into this book.

Bill has extensive business experience and has been a guest speaker for many years at conferences & corporate events in over 30 Countries around the World, focusing on topics such as franchising, goal setting, growing sales, managing sales teams, team building, corporate change, motivation, marketing, recruitment, logistics, business& market place change, research and business planning.

Ali Ashhar is a poet, short story writer and columnist from Jaunpur, India. He is the author of the poetry collection, Mirror of Emotions (Notion Press, 2021). Following the release of his book, he was chosen as the Best Debut Author for the year 2021 by The Indian Awaz and was the recipient of a India Prime 100 Authors Award. Alexis Karpouzos (Greek: αλέξης καρπούζος) is an internationally recognized Philosopher, Spiritual Teacher and Author. He is the Founder of the International Community of Learning, Research and Culture in Greece. Creg Effs is a Christian young man who was born in Kingston, Jamaica, on November 19, 1977. He currently resides in St. Thomas, Jamaica where he serves as Chaiman of the Board of Flemming’s Basic School, Chairman of the Parish Board of Early Childhood Institutions, Corresponding Sponsor of the Power of Faith Basic School and a Past President and current Secretary of the Lions Club of St. Thomas. He has been a firefighter for the past 21 years and has been in network marketing since 2012, where he has had some success. 

Creg is also a Justice of the Peace, Motivational Speaker, Workshop Facilitator, and youth mentor. He has received many awards and recognitions for his dedication to service. He enjoys writing poetry, and short stories, which he has been writing since his high school years, and published his debut anthology, "Once, Twice, Three Times a Charm", in February 2020 and later also self-published his second poetry anthology "So Many Things Mean Love" in September 2020. 

He has also had his poetry published in The Cambridge-Hall Poetry Journal and 2020: The Year in Poetry. His third and most recent book "It Begins In The Mind Empower Your Thoughts" a collection of motivational thoughts was published on May 18, 2021 through his brand Creginspires, which is also the title of his YouTube channel, through which he inspires others with motivational messages.

Robert was born in June 1960 at St Mary’s Hospital in the City of Newcastle upon Tyne, England.

In the early 1980's, he gained his first set of qualifications in the subjects of Freelance Journalism and Authorship. He has since written several articles for local tabloids over those early years, such as the Shields Gazette, The Northern Echo, and the Sunderland Echo, for example.

However, in his later years, he ebbed away from freelance journalism by showing an interest in technical writing for software manuals and user guides. By early 2011, he changed his genre, and started to write short fantasy and fiction stories for his many followers to enjoy.

Now living in Durham in the United Kingdom, Robert now enjoys gaining his inspiration from his varied travels, where he puts his imagination onto pages of his books for his readers enjoyment.

Since turning his passion into a profession, Robert L. Barnes has written prolifically and is constantly exploring new themes, genres and ideas. It’s incredibly hard and takes years of hard work, but he is never happier than when he sits down at his desk putting the opening words to a new book or story on paper.

David was born of an English mother and an Indian father, neither of whom brought him up. He spent his childhood in Derby but has since lived all over the UK, and also for several very happy years he lived in Paris. He’s currently based in St Annes, Lancashire and writes full-time. He loves to travel, he loves Indian food closely followed by French, he follows politics and current affairs worldwide and is into all the arts – books, films, TV, theatre, and music. He’s a seriously devoted fan of Stevie Nicks who he calls ‘the voice of my interior world’. He considers himself an internationalist and a social democrat. He supports the campaigns for equality for LGBTQ+ people all over the world.

And he once made a cheese sandwich for the actress Julia Roberts.
