Mark Robertson spent most of his career as a technician in the world of theatre, film, and TV. Often, either in-between rehearsals, or at the end of a day’s work, he would take pen to paper and use the time writing as a way of clearing his mind and relaxing before moving on to the next issue of the day. In 2016 he decided to turn his pastime into a paid environment and studied with the British College of Journalism, where he gained an HND in the subject. Since qualifying, he has had multiple articles published in national newspapers and magazines and now works as a newsreader for two London based radio stations. Mark is based in Dorset and is currently studying to be a light aircraft pilot, after winning a competition to gain a pilot’s licence. 

Devika Das, an acclaimed author and actor based in Hyderabad, is a rising force in the literary world. Her latest publication is Kaleidoscope, published by NuVoicePress and distributed by Penguin Random House. Known for her diverse writing, her Hindi novella Meghna and children’s book The Climate Ninja have captured readers’ imaginations, while her poetry collection Rendezvous with Life and national bestseller The Mind Game have earned her widespread recognition. Awarded the Dr. Sarojini Naidu 'Nightingale of India' International Award for Working Women in 2024, Devika is also a passionate advocate for self-awareness and personal growth. She recently attended multiple literature festivals, noting a growing youth interest in India’s history and the rising popularity of the self-help genre.

Robert has been wordsmithing since 1972, and telling stories even longer than that. He is passionate about faith, family, justice, equality and sustainability. He's been happily married for more than three decades, and with his beloved wife, has raised two sons to adulthood. Robert lives in Summerland, British Columbia. 

Rade Injac was born in 1978 as the oldest child (siblings: Lidija and Vaso) in Yugoslavia, which at the time was still under a communist regime. He was raised from an early age in the spirit of equality and socialism. At the beginning of the 90s (in the last century), a civil war started, and his country (Serbia) was part of it. His parents (Dragan and Dragana) came from different religions, which was a challenge for both families to accept their marriage. Because of that, Rade grew up in a poor environment, which he did not realize as a child, as he was surrounded by love and care.

After primary school, he went to High Medical School for Pharmaceutical Technicians, where he was recognized as the best student of his generation. When he was very young, at the age of 19, he left his hometown and family to study in Belgrade. During his almost six years of studying at the Faculty of Pharmacy, he was also politically active in the new Serbia following the revolution in 2000. Unfortunately, he paid a high price for his beliefs, which led him to leave Serbia in 2004 in search of a better life.

He always felt different in many ways, which was not easy to handle - not for him, nor for the people around him. In 2008, he finished his doctorate at the University of Ljubljana, and in the meantime, he started his career in a large corporation.

With 21 years of experience in academia and 17 years in the corporate world, he has developed his leadership skills to an advanced level. Over time, he has worked and lived in Serbia, Slovenia, Germany, the USA, and Switzerland. As a scientist, he has published more than 200 different international publications. Today, he holds dual citizenship in Serbia and Slovenia; however, he has travelled to 77 countries so far and likes to call himself a global citizen.

This book is his first of its kind, where he talks about true leaders, born with talent and developed over time. The 13 chapters of this book are based on many real stories, which represent the main turning points of his life on his path to success. As part of his personal development journey, he also earned a master’s in business administration (MBA) and obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Nowadays, he lives and works in Switzerland with his partner and celebrates his differences with close friends, family members, and those who trust him enough to have him as their personal coach.

During his long academic career, Dinesh worked as a faculty member in a management institution and as the director of two institutions in Mumbai before retiring. He holds a Ph. D., wrote a textbook for the MBA programme and published several articles in scholarly journals, magazines, newspapers, and on the social media platform – LinkedIn. Dinesh is passionate about writing on the regulation and administration of higher education. Confrontation and Conspiracy is his debut novel, in which he fictionalises incidents from his professional experiences spanning over forty years.
