Jack Strandburg was born and raised in Cleveland Ohio. He is a degreed professional with a background in Accounting and Information Technology, retired after more than 33 years working for a Fortune 500 company. He has been writing since his teenage years.

He self-published an inspirational titled An Appointment With God: One Ordinary Man’s Journey to Faith Through Prayer, by Trafford Publishing.

His first published novel by Solstice Publishing is Hustle Henry and the Cue-Ball Kid, a parody of the movie, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.

His third work, a novella titled The Monogram Killer, published by Solstice Publishing, was released in May, 2016.

His fourth work, A Head in the Game, published by Solstice Publishing, was released on January 20, 2017.

He is currently working on novella titled The Color of Murder, revising an inspirational non-fiction book titled Walking With God; and completed 70% of a first draft for a second mystery novel titled War Zone. Never one lacking for ideas, he is working on several other short story and novella projects.

He operates his own freelance editing business, J.S. Editing Services. He has edited over 35 fiction works in various genres.

Jack currently lives with his wife and two grown children, in Sugar Land, Texas. He has three grandchildren.

Leaving school at the age of fourteen, Owen travelled around New Zealand on a working holiday. Then at the age of seventeen joined the Royal New Zealand Airforce, where he spent eleven years on different bases including a time overseas.

He married his wife Kaye at twenty and they are still together today. Over the years he's had various jobs from driving the big red buses in Christchurch to selling dairy products.

He owned two businesses, a coffee bar/tearooms, and a limousine. Then in 1995 he joined the tourist tram operation in Christchurch and spent the next twenty years with the company, including a year in Auckland helping to set up their operation.

After surviving the devastating earthquakes of 2010 in Christchurch they sold their home after it was repaired, and both Owen and Kaye hit the road in their 5th wheel motor-home. He is now retired, they have two grown children and one Granddaughter.

Owen, a keen Genealogist, motor caravanner, and rugby fanatic with a love of history, has put his hobbies to good use.

He always wondered what it would be like to live back in the turbulent times of New Zealand's history and wrote his first book with this in mind. 'WHISPERS OF THE PAST' is a historical fiction and the first book of a trilogy.

The second book is 'Shadows of the Mind' and 'Clearing of the Mist' rounds up the three book series.

Born in Cape Town and educated at Selborne College in East London, South Africa, Patrick G. Cox is a published technical author and lecturer, and a retired firefighter after thirty-six years of soot, heat, blood, sweat, and laughter. He is a Licensed Minister in the Church of England and has three adult children, and three granddaughters, of whom he is enormously proud. Cox is the author of A Baltic Affair, Limehouse Boys, Ned Farrier Master Mariner: Call of the Cape, Magnus Patricius and the Harry Heron series, a collection of books centered on a trio of shipmates plucked from the HMS Spartan during the Napoleonic Wars and thrust into an unknown future.

Kilpack holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Westminster University, where he double-majored in communication and philosophy and completed the Honors Program. He later earned a Master of Professional Communication with a writing emphasis. As a high-performing athlete, he qualified to represent the USA in Greco-Roman wrestling. He is happily married to his high-school sweetheart and helped raise five children and five step-children.

It is a collection of her columns written for the One Day at a Time newspaper.


Her contributions to the Writer's Colony of Dairy Hollow's online Emerge magazine was included in the Award-winning Dairy Hollow Echo which received a 2022 International Book Award hosted by American Book Fest.
