I am Jacqueline Yvette Waters, a published author of two books: "The Bully I See" and "ABC Don't Bully Me." I am also the Owner, CEO, and Founder of "U" Niquely "U", Inc., a bullying awareness and prevention organization, established in 2014. "U" Niquely "U", Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to addressing the widespread issue of bullying that negatively impacts and terrorizes our youth.

My motivation for founding "U" Niquely "U", Inc. stems from the urgent need to protect and support our youth. With the alarming increase in teen suicide rates, our organization offers a comprehensive approach to combat bullying and violence. We achieve this through our anti-bullying, suicide prevention, and youth empowerment programs, which cater to young individuals, educators, parents, and the community as a whole. These youth empowerment programs aim to create a positive support system that equips young people with the tools and resilience to navigate life's challenges, while fostering self-love and respect for themselves and others.
