About the Author

I was born in 1956, in Kirkwall, on the Scottish Island of Orkney. I wrote my first autobiography at the age of 58, then another three books followed. Writing is a relaxing hobby which I enjoy, and I wish that I had found it when I was younger. Four happy children and nine grandchildren leave me little time to write now, but it is worth every minute.
